Our plots of land are rather small and scattered. All work, including harvesting, is done by hand.<\/p>\n<p>Today our 9 hectare estate lies mostly over hills:7.5-hectare-vineyards produce red wine, 1.5-hectare-vineyards, white wine.<\/p>\n<p>Since it was created in 1987, our estate has produced northern C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne wines.<\/p>\n<p>Our mission statement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality is better than quantity,<\/li>\n<li>Growing experience means better wine-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The grape varieties we use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>our red wines are 100 % Syrah,<\/li>\n<li>our white wines are 100 % Marsanne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The number of bottles produced every year steadily increases thanks to larger cultivated areas.<\/p>\n<p>Number of bottles produced yearly:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Red Crozes-Hermitage: From 10,000 to 15,000 bottles<\/li>\n<li>Red Crozes-Hermitage: \u00ab\u00a0La Croix du Verre\u00a0\u00bb From 4,000 to 7,000 bottles<\/li>\n<li>White Crozes-Hermitage: From 3,000 to 5,000 bottles<\/li>\n<li>Red Saint Joseph: 3,000 bottles<\/li>\n<li>Red Vin de pays: Bottles or Bag in Box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our wine estate is located in the Dr\u00f4me d\u00e9partement, in the village of Larnage\u00a0 (alt: 200 metres), in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation area.
